  • Your submission may be used on the Japanese and international broadcasts of our TV program. It may also be used on the Japanese and international versions of this website.
    Any information or photos you send us will only be used for this purpose. (We accept picture files in JPEG, PNG formats that are less than 20MB each.)
  • All submissions must be photographs of bento that you made yourself. Only one photograph can be submitted each time. You may send a maximum of five submissions per month.
  • Please be aware that, due to copyright restrictions, we are unable to feature images of bento featuring proprietary characters.
  • It may take 2-3 weeks for submissions to be posted on the BENTO EXPO homepage.
  • For information on our handling of the personal information we receive from you, please see "Personal Information."
